Referring to the data of the assessment and members personal goal, Mr. Ruslan Hossain provides customized workout routine and healthy diet and nutrition plans which accelerates the process for individuals reach their desired target. Our trainers are assigned and dedicated to the member to follow and help complete the day to day workout routine on the gym floor. After each week we take the members full body measurement to assess the progress made.
