Our
history
Ruslan’s Studio started with a simple idea: to make fitness less complicated and more effective. Ruslan began by coaching individuals one-on-one, helping people achieve transformations without shortcuts, gimmicks, or extreme diets.
Word spread fast—and what began as a small coaching project grew into a thriving fitness family. Today, Ruslan’s Studio offers in-person sessions, online coaching, corporate wellness, and sports performance programs—helping people from all walks of life build strength, lose fat, gain confidence, and live healthier.
